5. AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations. Always verify travel information from official sources before making bookings or travel decisions.

Your use of TripGenie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We store your trip data, budget information, and preferences to provide the service.

The TripGenie name, logo, and application design are the property of their respective creators. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (trip plans, notes, etc.).
